GRIEVANCE AND REDRESSAL CELL

          Grievance Redressal system is an important part of administration in any organization. It is the responsibility of the organization to maintain a healthy and secured environment to all the members involved like every organization, every educational instituteincluding colleges must from a Grievance Redressal System under the direct supervision of Principal.

          On 11th of January 2023 the Grievance Redressal Cell of Moran Commerce College was formed in the presence of President of Governing Body, Dr Jatin Chutia Sir and Principal of Moran Commerce College, MrsIveelata Chutia and all the staff of Moran. Commerce College

Objectives

The main objective of the cell is formed to give redressal measures to the students such as:

  • Encourage the students to express their complaint or grievance without any hesitation and fear.
  • Encourage the students of college to respect the dignity and rights of one another and show patience whenever rift arises.
  • The cell also deals with the complaint received in writing about academic, marksheets, transfer certificate, conduct certificates, finance (payment of library).
Functions
  • When a complaint is filed it will be attended promptly and reviewed all cases andwill act accordingly as per policy of college.
  • The report prepared by the cell will be submitted to the higher authorities.
Procedure for lodging complaint
  • The students have to put up grievance in writing or in format available in the administrative department drop in the complaint box.
  • The complaint should be submitted with proper document and evidence.
  • Proper assurance should be given to the students that the grievance will be properly solved by the cell.
