\u00a0 Internal Complaint Committee of Moran Commerce College was formed on 11<sup>th<\/sup> January,2023 in the meeting called by GB President Dr. Jatin Chutia and Principal (i\/c)\/Secretary, Mrs. Iveelata Chutia with the staff (both teaching and non-teaching) of the college.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div complaints from any of the female member of students, teaching and non-teaching staffs of the data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tThe internal complaint committee shall adopt the following steps to resolve\/ sort out the offences\n<ol>\n \t<li>The complain must be lodged to the concern authority of the college by the complainant(s)\/aggrieved person(s).<\/li>\n \t<li>The college authority will forward it to ICC for necessary step.<\/li>\n \t<li>The ICC will look into the matter (s)\/incident (s) in a meeting with its members an adapt a resolution for conducting an enquiry into the incident (s).<\/li>\n \t<li>After completion of the enquiry, the ICC will recommend the following steps \u2013<\/li>\n \t<ul><li>Apology for minor offence.<\/li><\/ul>\n \t<ul><li>Expulsion from the college for few days, if the offence is not so serious.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n<ul><li>Refer the serious offence case(s) to the college authority.<\/li><\/ul>\n \t<ul><li>Refer the case(s) to the legal authority by the concern college authority, if needed.<\/li><\/ul>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-fc73ce3 e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" categories (including girls\u2019 student, teaching and non-teaching female staff) of the college and hence no case is found and recorded so
